What is Guahan?

Let me give you some history about Guahan Grill and the team. Guahan grill started with the intent to share our special dishes with others. Our dishes are based on the flavors of old, traditional Chamorro recipes from Guam. Being that my family and I are from Guam, we felt it would only be right to name our business after it. “Guahan” is another name for Guam and this is how our ancestors referred to it. Guam was discovered by Magellan in 1521 and it is located in the Southern zone of the Mariana Islands. Our capitol is Agana with a population of over 163,000.

My Family

Within the island of Guam, the belief is family, and within my Guahan family I have my staff. The team is made up of family members and close friends. Many of our team members are from the island of Guam but those who are not have spent time with us and value the same things in life. My family has been my support base and I believe they are essential for my company’s growth. We at Guahan Grill believe, "Its not just the food, its the lifestyle".
